Stephen Curry has named his brother Seth in his list of three best shooters in the NBA apart from himself. The Golden State Warriors superstar is considered the best shooter in NBA history.
The four-time NBA champion holds the record for most three-pointers in the NBA.
Others on his list included his Warriors teammate Klay Thompson and Portland Trail Blazers sharpshooter Damian Lillard, per Complex. Thompson and Steph are regarded as the best backcourt in NBA history and even have a famous nickname, “Splash Brothers.”
Lillard is one of the best long-range snipers in the game right now, and some always feel he could challenge Steph as the best shooter in NBA history. Here’s how Seth, Thompson, and Lillard compare in all-time threes made in the regular season.
No player has attempted more three-pointers (7929) than Steph in NBA history. Seth has played most of his career off the bench, so the games played disparity is understandable, and the other players are better than him. However, his percentage is better than those three.
Steph Curry breaks 3-point record On December 14, 2021, with his second three in the Warriors’ clash against the New York Knicks, Steph passed Ray Allen to become the NBA’s all-time leader
It was an astonishing accomplishment because it took Allen 1,300 career games to set the previous mark. The 35-year-old broke the record in just his 789th career game.
Steph will add a few more threes before he retires, but someone will break his record, given the volume of attempts in today’s NBA.
Curry, son shares heartwarming moment Sports Brief previously reported on Curry and Canon sharing a lovely moment at the American Century Championship golf tournament.
After winning the competition, the Warriors star celebrated by embracing his son at the edge of the course, and they had an interesting conversation.
Canon asked, ‘Did you win?’ and Curry answered, ‘Yes, we did’. The 5-year-old’s innocent question was met with chuckles from the fans nearby.
